GHunting for Dummies v1.2
It's your first GHunt. Here's some Basic Guidelines for you
:
1: Be Patient! Once they go down, they take a while before they come back. Not sure HOW long, but it's usually around Half an Hour.
2: FS Assists/Ringmasters Are (Almost) Always Needed! Unless you got Hax Skills, such as nailing a Knockback Critical just before it moves EVERY TIME, or almost always keep it under Stonehand Stun Effect, Make SURE you have a FS Helping you out. I'd recommend it either way, because something may happen, and it might make the tide of battle change. If you die, and someone else gets it, your loss.
3: CS Pets ARE HELPFUL! They're not needed, but they help prevent looters from stealing your drops. If you kill a giant, and it drops a Legendary Golden Axe, you'll be extremely happy. Just what that looter hovering above you is hoping for. When he/she snatches it from right under your nose, you are REALLY going to be [CENSORED]. Now if you had a CS Pet, such as a Brave Tiger, summon it Immediately AFTER the giant dies, and that looter won't have a chance to steal your drops.
4: MAKE 100% SURE YOU CAN DEFEAT THE GIANT [Insert Monster Name Here] (A VERY IMPORANT GUIDELINE)!! This pretty much speaks for itself. Fighting a giant 20 Levels higher than you is just plain dumb, so don't. Unless you're not the one fighting, but the one assisting the fighter (FSing, Sneakering, Sataning, etc.), don't do it. It's just a waste of 5%, which at times is hard to get back. SO JUST DON'T!
That's all I got for now, but I may have more information. Feel free to comment, as any additional Input would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you, Mr. "That's What She Said Guy Of The Guild" for letting me know to summon pet AFTER gaint dies

That's what she said...
Dear Kai,
This is a tip for your guide:
Yes, summon your CS pet AFTER the giant dies. Not just to mock or sadden the looter, but to prevent the looter from looting. If you have a CS pet out BEFORE the giant dies (like when you're just half way through, or 10 seconds away from killing it), the looter can drop random stuff, which could easily spam your inventory, causing you to get distracted from killing the giant, giving a chance of you dying. So be careful, mac. Stay smart, and stay like me.
